It is essential that a team of two professional actors, one woman and one man, teach The I.D. Method. 

Two professionals are needed to present The I.D. Method, one to engage in the exercise with the participant, and one to observe, direct, assess and comment.  Both professionals are able to assume both roles. 

The I.D. Team provides participants with a broader range of interactive possibilities as follows:

• Expression, intention and attitude change according to your interlocutor.  Man-to-man communication is vastly different from man-to-woman communication, which in turn differs from woman-to-woman communication.  It is essential to address the differences and the appropriate modes of expression within each category and to provide participants with the most varied interactive experience possible, thus offering the maximum amount of information and technique.  

• Men and women actors will illicit different responses from different participants and will offer different approaches to communication, assessments, and commentaries on performance, and different coaching techniques. As communication is very subjective, different approaches are always valuable to address and be understood by the broadest range of individuals.
